Need VPN to serve Software Licenses among Maker Community

Greetings,

A big challenge of Makerspace is legal software licensing for maker community to learn & collaborate with. My extra software licenses are entirely unused and could be made available for other maker community collaborative projects.

I am in search of a VPN for the purpose of serving & sharing Legal Software Licenses with the Makerspace community. Other Makerspace community software licenses could also be added to the VPN thus "Conglomerating all the Software Licenses" of the Makerspace community and serving them among the VPN available for the community to use resulting educational & maker startup company Software Licensed options for the Maker Community to work with and share collaborativley.

I would like to configure the VPN Regionally as owned & shared within a Regional Maker Community of Green Citizens from Eureka, Eugene & The Reno Generator Burning Man Makerspace so that I can add my computer to the VPN & serve 3D CAD CAM Software Licenses to the green maker community.

Example VPN Eugene Eureka makerspace community:

1. 6X Licenses for 3D CAD CAM from Garrett Min in Gardnerville, NV
2. 3x LIcenses for Photoshop & Premiere from "Eugene makerspace community"
3. 5x LIcenses for 3D CAD CAM from The Reno Generator Makerspace
4. 4x LIcenses for Autodesk from "Eureka Makerspace community"

Then, with appropriate credentials, logon & password, any makerspace community member that has administrativly received access to the VPN Licenses will then be able to add their computer from anywhere in the world to the VPN and utilize the Software Licenses legally for their makerspace project. Makerspace projects could then be organized into "Collaborative Work From Home makerspace Community Portfolios & Maker Startup Companies"

I have 4x Licenses of Siemens Solid Edge CAD & 2x Licenses of Siemens NX Cam Pro 3-Axis. The software company Siemens has gifted me "4x Promotional Startup Company Licenses" along with "2x Permanent Licenses I own in full" and advised in order for me to serve the licenses to other Maker Community for startup company or otherwise, I must obtain the VPN and serve the Software Licenses over VPN. The VPN is the recommended procedure by the Software Manufacturer for serving software licenses to other makerspace & startup makers.

The configuraiton of a Regional VPN with Eureka / Eugene & Reno Generator Maker Community is a long term calendar goal that could be made into a permanent administration of the VPN by the Makerspaces and is recommended to do so as any new Makerspace member with Software Licenses could simply "Add their computer to the VPN and serve whatever software licenses they have to the Makerspace community". The VPN should be offered to all new Makerspace members to use available software licenses & also conbtribute whatever legal software licenses they have.

The Makerspace VPN Software Licensing Server should be a default configuration for Makerspaces to own a VPN, collect, share & administrate all the software licenses & maker projects of the community.
